These sticks were created after hearing someone in a meeting talk about putting a character defect on one side of the stick and the spiritual opposite on the other. Initially I made them for myself, friends, and sponsees so we could practice the constructive behavior in 6 and 7 by picking a stick everyday and focus on the spiritual opposite. They are a great gift when someone is celebrating clean time. Enjoy!!!
